SHIPPING FOR LARGER ARTWORKS

Some artworks require a little more care when it comes to shipping. All larger or framed artworks listed on our website have a 'Shipping' statement in the description which outlines that we will need to get a quote for that larger artwork based on dimensions, weight and your location.

We work with a range of courier services that can cater to your shipping requirements. We work with local and international freight companies who specialise in shipping fragile artwork and can deliver your artwork safe & sound.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

Our online store is open 24/7 for you to grab the newest arrivals from our amazing artists and have it shipped straight to your door. 

All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.

The festive season may also cause a little delay so please be aware that from the 20th of December on is a very busy period for both us + the couriers we use so to ensure delivery before Christmas, please order with a few days to spare.

CLICK & COLLECT

Simply select "Click & Collect" at the checkout to grab your goods via contactless collection from our Sydenham, Christchurch based gallery during our opening hours.

We require two business days to process your order, and we will be in touch if there is any delays.

NZ SHIPPING

Shipping is charged based on standard sized packaging or via individual quotes. Our products are sent directly to you from our FIKSATE studio gallery. We use a signature required courier service for all orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both ourselves and the customer. Should no-one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the couriers' office or depot. 

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within 3 business days. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days.

AUSSIE SHIPPING

Shipping is charged based on standard sized packaging or via individual quotes. There is one choice for Australian shipping, the service is as follows:

International Air

• 3-10 working days to delivery

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is charged based on standard sized packaging or via individual quotes. There is one choice for International shipping, the service is as follows:

• 6-10 working days to delivery
